| We have discovered the way of reception of intensive vortical movement with the help of oscillations of the special form. Under intensive movements inside a vortex there will be a division of temperatures into a cold and hot zone. It is possible to lower temperature in a cold zone of a vortex up to very low temperatures at which condensation of natural gas will begin. In the beginning gas enters the first step in which with the help of a vortex created by oscillations of the special form (KNOW-HOW) a condensation of a moisture from gas occurs. Condensation of a moisture occurs due to decrease of temperature in the certain zones of a vortex. Thus a plenty of heat energy which several times exceeds energy sent on the vibrator is allocated. This effect is similar to a volume that occurs on the compressor heat pump. Only in our case it is not used neither compressor, nor freon, throttle and so forth. Received heat energy can be spent for heating inhabited and industrial premises.
Then gas enters the second step in which with the help of centrifugal forces, vibrating and vortical effects impurities leave the gas. The vortex is also created with the help of oscillations of the special form.
At the third step with the help of a vortex (created also with the help of oscillations of the special form) there is a deep cooling and condensation of gas. Thus a plenty of thermal energy which in some times exceeds the energy consumed for work of vibrators also is allocated. Received thermal energy can be spent for heating inhabited and industrial premises.
In our plant there will be no metal or rotating parts for a way of movement of gas. Vibrators creating rotary movement are gathered from serially — let out, cheap and reliable completing. Therefore installation will be much easier and more reliable than existing samples. Heat energy received from the plant and directed to heating of inhabited and industrial premises will exceed several times energy which is spent for work of vibrators. Therefore operation of the plant will be several times cheaper than existing devices.
